2. How we use it

We use personal data to perform deliveries and related services, to communicate delivery updates from official 360 channels, to settle Cash on Delivery amounts, to meet legal obligations, and to respond to enquiries submitted through the website.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. Consignee details are used only to complete the delivery for which they were provided. All consignee communication originates from official 360 Express PRO numbers and identities.

4. Retention

Operational records are retained as required for accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
