The terms on which 360 Express PRO Delivery Services LLC provides delivery, storage, fulfillment and related services.
360 Express PRO Delivery Services LLC (“360”, “we”) provides last-mile delivery, fulfillment, storage, freight and international shipping services within the UAE and, through partners, across the GCC and internationally. Services are provided under the partnership agreement signed with each client and these terms.
Shipments are accepted when booked through the merchant portal or agreed intake channels and received at our facility. We may refuse items that violate our prohibited items policy or applicable law.
Deliveries are attempted a maximum of two times. After a second failed attempt the shipment is referred to customer service and, if unresolved, returned in line with the client’s contract terms. A package that is opened and then refused by the consignee is treated as delivered and is chargeable to the shipper.
Cash collected on delivery is verified daily against booking records and settled to the client according to the agreed settlement schedule. Collected amounts may be netted against outstanding invoices.
Delivery attempts are chargeable regardless of consignee rejection, since courier time and fuel are consumed. Storage is billed from the date stock is received, pro-rated for the first month, with 30 days’ notice required for termination.
Our liability for loss of or damage to a shipment is limited to 50% of the product’s selling value, up to USD 25 per domestic shipment and USD 100 per international shipment. We are not responsible for content or quantity discrepancies in packages received sealed from the shipper. Additional insurance can be arranged on request for high-value consignments.
The shipper warrants that no shipment contains items on our prohibited items list or items restricted under UAE law. The shipper is liable for all consequences of undeclared restricted contents.
Consignee contact details are used solely to perform the delivery and related communication, in line with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
