Never accepted

• Cash, gold, precious metals and stones, bearer instruments
• Narcotics and controlled substances of any kind
• Weapons, ammunition and explosives
• Counterfeit goods and items infringing intellectual property
• Items prohibited under UAE law or the laws of the destination country

Special handling required

• Perfumes and liquids: quantity limits and packaging requirements apply, especially for air transport
• Fragile goods: must be declared and packed to our fragile-goods standard
• Medical and pharmaceutical products: subject to regulatory documentation
• Hazardous and dangerous goods: only by prior written arrangement, where legally permitted

Your responsibilities as a shipper

• Declare contents accurately on every label. Content description is mandatory.
• Do not ship sealed packages containing restricted items. The shipper is liable for all consequences of undeclared restricted contents.
• Cash-account clients must sign our standard disclaimer form.
